Transponder-System TRANSSYS 2000

Contactless operating of doors, gates, alarm devices and machines (RFID)

TRANSSYS 2000 is a modern, safe and comfortable system for contactless switching of appliances (locks, garage door drives, illumination, alarm devices etc.). TRANSSYS 2000 will give you the flexibility and independence that no mechanical switching system can offer. Despite the manifold possibilities, the application is easy to install: You will get a completely pre-configured system, which is ready to use directly after installation. The system is based on the contactless transponder principle so the keys are non-wearing and maintenance-free (no battery or contact). With the help of the Master-Key (card) the system can be reprogrammed very easily and existent keys can be added or removed.

• Control- and reading unit are also available as one integrated device for installation into a standard flush-mounted box (to be used in the safe area)
• Intervention or destruction of the reading unit does not result in a switching signal of the control unit (i.e. a door will not be opened)
• Length of connection wire between reading unit and control unit is 2.5 m, the wire can be shortened according to individual requirements
• Easy to find and to operate (blinking LED) also at darkness
• Key-code with more than 4.3 billion possibilities ensures a maximum of security
• Master-key as identification key for individual customization of the system and for (de-) registering of keys
• If required, one master-key can control multiple TRANSSYS 2000 systems (suitable i.e. within one building or property)
• All parameters are permanently saved and will not be lost in case of a possible electrical power outage
• Hierarchical locking system: One electronic key can be registered at different locks (i.e. entrance, alarm system, garage, PC-access, garden irrigation) and handle different devices
• All-purpose switch (potential-free relay contact as output, circuit time adjustable as 1-25 s or permanent on / off)
• Operation as relay circuit with permanent on / off permits i.e. to switch electric consumer or to arm alarm devices

TRANSSYS 2000 SUPER - max. 2000 keys

1. Is TRANSSYS suitable for a small family house as well as for a big block of flats (housing estate)?
YES, CERTAINLY.

2. Can we choose a number of access units and select the doors in which they will be installed?
YES. TRANSSYS can be used for the entrance door and for doors of shared rooms, such as a laundry or a lift. Upon customer´s wish, all the doors can be unlocked with one key.

3. What should I do if…

a) …I loose my key fob?
If you do not have a Key Manager for your small system in the family house, please reset the unit completely using the master key (see the manual). You will cancel all the registered keys, including the lost one. Unfortunately, you cannot deregister only one key since it is not not available physically. Then, register all the keys – transponders which you wish to use in the system, including a new, spare key.
If you have a Key Manager (key administration system) available, your adminstrator will make the so-called delete key from the data stored in the computer. It is a data copy of the lost key fob which cannot unlock the door but it can delete the data of the lost key in the unit.

b) …I want to add a new key fob?
A new key fob can be added whenever you wish to until you reach the limit number of your TRANSSYS transponder system.

c) …the reading unit does not work?
If the control LED is not blinking/signalling red on the reading unit, please check the power supply. This LED blinking signal can be switched off in the unit configuration.

If the reading unit does not respond to a key fob, please check the conductivity between the control unit and the reading unit.
If the reading unit responds/ registers the key fob with a quickly blinking LED signal, the key fob is defect or it has not been registered yet.
If the reading unit registers the key fob correctly but it does not unlock the door, please check the power supply to the electrical lock, respectively a cable between the control unit and and the latch.
If the reading unit registers the key fob correctly and the power supply is fine but it does not unlock the door, please send your control unit to our service team (your seller) for inspection.

d) ...your Key Manager (key fob administration system) does not work?

4. Can you train partner service companies or sellers of locking systems?
Service and maintenance companies which install locking systems or lifts in buildings and sellers of locking systems can request a professional training for the TRANSSYS transponder system directly in our development and production plant in Cheb, Czech Republic.  It is necessary to allow opening the door from inside by emergency key or handle in a case of fire when using this system.
